• Read article 12 and 13 from the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
• Use the link above and mentioned before in Section 1 to get the Convention.
• Read a text about Children’s participation: From tokenism to citizenship, by Roger Hart .
• Pay special attention to "The Ladder of participation" (page 8) and the definitions of the steps of participation. 
• Read page 1-6 in Module 3 "Child Participation" in the free to download book with the title "Child Rights Toolkit" written and edited by Unicef & EU (2014, ISBN: 978-92-806-4710-5).
