• Imagine a situation when the parents force a 13 year old girl to marry an old man in the village instead of going to school. A Child Rights Activist is coming into the family and advocate for the Rights of the Child.

• Discuss the following questions in the group:

  1. How can this Activist argue in this case using article 3 in the CRC?
  2. How can the Child´s voice be heard in this situation?
  3. Finally: construct and discuss your own case which illustrates conflicts in using article 3 in reality.
