To watch

Preparations: 

• Watch the film by Agneta Wångdahl Flink researcher in organisational development and leadership at Lund University and mentor and lecturer in the international training programme "Child Rights, Classroom and School Management". 

Afterwards:

• Read the script of the film (download here)
• Reflect and sum up: 
  - What did you notice? 
  - What was new to you? 
  - What was useful to you in your educational context and in what ways?
• Save your reflections in the folder as they might come in handy when you will discuss with your colleagues.

Preparations:

• Watch the film and meet Ms Beatrice Nkwenge Byakutaga Kasande, Uganda, Ms Ghada Aly Aly Attia, Egypt, Ms Esther Kapito, Malawi, and Mr Abera Lankamo; all participants from; the international training programme "Child Rights, Classroom and School Management". They will share their reflections on the topic "Proactive Leadership".

Afterwards:

• Reflect and sum up: 
  - Was anything new to you? 
  - Did you get interested in anything particular? 
  - Is there anything that confuses you?
