Learning outcome

• To understand the four general principles of the CRC underpinning education
• To strive to implement these four principles in your school context

- Article 2: Education must be provided without discrimination on any grounds.

- Article 3: In all aspects of the education system, consideration of the child’s best interests must be a primary consideration.

- Article 6:  Education must seek to promote children’s optimum development.

- Article 12: Children have the right to express their views on all aspects of their education, their views being given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity.

Learning design

Part A  Individual work - Preparation, participants take individual part on the learning portal.	Part B  Collective work - The group is gathered for discussion and joint planning.
Part D Collective work - Follow up, group is gathered again for a common follow-up	Part C Individual and collective work - Participants realise the planned activity or activities.
